If I understand right, the hypothesis is that making the substack with payment subscription will make the platform to suggest it more on the feeds of people who are not subscribed, in searches, or other spaces.
Just wondering, do you have any (anecdotal) evidence about this? How do you plan to measure the effects of the experiment to validate/reject the hypothesis?
Hi, thanks Guillermo. You got it right: I will use the metrics I have access to, such as the volume of views and of new subscribers. I plan to make an inferential testing the metrics and other derived metrics (eg, rates) before and after the change. I might have other ideas later this year, but this is a good starting point.
